Ingredients:
- Cucumber-2cups (grated)
- Besan(gram flour)-1 cup
- Rice flour-1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves-1tbsp (finally chopped)
- Cumin seed-1/2tsp
- Green chilli-2(finally chopped)
- Ginger-1/4tsp(grated)
- Salt- to taste
- Oil-for cooking
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl gradually add water to
get dropping consistency batter.
Heat a non stick pan on medium heat. add little oil on it and spread evenly.
pour a spoonful of batter on pan, spread it in circular shape
wait 40- 50 seconds for it to be done on one side.
Drizzle some oil and turn it over, cook other side till it
turns to little brown in color.
serve hot with tomato ketchup.
