Spinach Rice (palak Chawal)

It’s a healthy meal itself. there are many version to make spinach rice but I am following this easy way, it's so simple,very nutritious,colorful and so quick.
Ingredients:
  • Spinach-1cup (chopped)
  • Green peas-1/2cup
  • Rice-1cup
  • Cumin seed-1/2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
  • Greenchilli-1finely chopped
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-1tbsp
Preparation:
Heat oil in pan add cumin seed when they splutter add ginger garlic paste, 
green chilli saute for 1minute.add green peas and spinach cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add washed rice sauté for another 2minutes.
Add salt and 2cups of water. Cook till rice is done.
Serve hot with any curry or raita of your choice.
