Cantaloupe milkshake are good for helping you full as they are packed with fiber and water. this is one of my favorite and easy drinks to make .
Ingredients:- Cantaloupe-1 cup peeled and cubed
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Milk-1/2 cup
Preparation:Add milk , cantaloupe and sugar into a blender.
blend well until smooth and creamy.
pour into glasses and enjoy.
