Egg less Almond cookie are easy to make and Taste is so yummy. Have these cookies with nice cup of tea.I hope you’ll enjoy them as well.

Ingredients:
- All Purpose flour-2 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Almond- 1 cup
- Purified butter (ghee) or butter-1 cup(melted)
- Milk-2 tbsp.
- Baking powder-1 tsp
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 c (350 f)
- Soak the half almonds in Luke warm water for half an hour.
- After Half an hour cut the almonds into long two pieces
- Grind rest of them.
- Beat the melted Ghee or butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light.
- Add maida and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
- Now add ground almonds and milk into the mixture . knead lightly to make dough.
- Divide that into equal size balls keep it between your palms and press it with light hands.
- Put the half chopped almonds at center of the cookies.
- Arrange them two inches apart in a baking tray because their size increases on getting baked.
- Put it in oven and let it bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on racks and serve.
- Delicious almond cookies are perfect for tea or just for enjoying whenever you’d like.
