These paratha tastes great with plain yogurt with salt and roasted cumin powder.
And any raita,chutney or pickle of your choice.
Ingredients:
- Spinach (finely chopped)-1cup
- Cabbage (grated)-1/4cup
- Wheat flour (atta)-1and ½ cup
- Cumin seed -1/4tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- Green Chilli-2(finely chopped)
- Ginger (grated) - 1/2tsp
- Oil for cooking
Preparation:
Take wheat flour, spinach, and cabbage in a big bowl mix it well.
Add all the ingredients and water except oil to knead into soft dough.
Divide the dough into lemon size balls.
Roll out each ball into circle with using little flour.
Heat a pan and place the paratha on it cook for a minute.
Flip the paratha and drizzle some oil on both sides, cook till golden spots appear.
