Google Asked to Remove Various Keyword Gallery

This request came from the Supreme Court of France. SNEP (one of a group of French music industry) sue Google because it has been considered to facilitate and foster piracy. Yup .. did a lot of the entertainment industry who feel aggrieved by the boom in this internet era.

Google Diminta untuk Menghilangkan Berbagai Keyword Bajakan

SNEP actual demand was not accepted by the lower French court, but in fact the Supreme Court (Supreme Court) reversed the lower court's decision and asked Google to censor keywords like "torrent", "rapidshare", "megaupload", and the likes of Instant and AutoComplete feature Google's.

Keep in mind that this is just the French demanded eliminate those keywords in the Instant Search feature, and Google's Autocomplete, not totally eliminate search results.
The court said that Google does not have to be responsible for the behavior of piracy, because the files are not stored on Google's servers and only refer the link only. However, they assume if by removing those keywords, piracy will be reduced.
